These Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility requirements for members of participating Community Energy Groups (“CEG”) to switch to Your Co-op Energy and ensure the CEG receives a reward payment.
1. Eligibility
1.1 This offer is open only to new domestic energy customers switching to Your Co-op Energy.
1.2 Members are not eligible if they are:
- An existing customer of Your Co-op Energy
- An existing customer of Octopus Energy
1.3 The switch must be for a domestic energy supply within the UK.
1.4 To participate in Power Back, the CEG must hold a valid Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Younity at the time of promotion and throughout the scheme.
2. Reward Amount
2.1 The CEG will receive:
- £25 for each successful dual fuel switch (gas and electricity)
- £12.50 for a successful single fuel switch (gas or electricity only)
3. Use of Promo Code
3.1 Members must use the unique promotional code provided to the CEG at the time of switching to be eligible.
3.2 The promo code is essential to identify switches linked to the relevant CEG.
3.3 Failure to use the correct promo code will mean the switch cannot be tracked and no reward will be paid.
4. Payment Process
4.1 The CEG will receive confirmation of the number of successful switches using the unique promocode on a monthly basis.
4.2 The CEG must issue a self-billing invoice to Your Co-op Energy for the total eligible reward amount.
4.3 Payments will be made to the CEG in accordance with standard payment terms after receipt of a valid self-billing invoice.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Only switches completed and live with Your Co-op Energy are eligible for rewards.
5.2 Cancelled switches, unsuccessful transfers, or accounts closed within the cooling-off period will not qualify.
5.3 This offer cannot be combined with any other referral or switching incentive.
5.4 Your Co-op Energy reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time with prior notice to participating CEGs.
5.5 Continued participation is conditional on the CEG maintaining an active PPA with Younity.
