I’ve sent my Friend the referral email, how do I get my reward?

Once your Friend has signed up using our simple switching journey and entering your account number when prompted, you will soon receive your bill credit of £20. Remember, you can refer more than 1 friend and receive £20 for each after they’re switched.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?

No, you can refer as many friends as you like and once they have switched over to us, you will soon receive £20 bill credit in your account.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the “Refer a Friend” promotion. By participating, you agree to the following:

EnergyCoop - Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

a. The “Refer a Friend” scheme and related offers run from 7th February 2025 and are subject to availability.

b. This is an online-only promotion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

2. Who Can Participate

a. This promotion is available to customers switching to EnergyCoop services (gas and electricity).

b. Single fuel transactions qualify for 50% of the reward value.

3. Refer a Friend Offer.

a. Existing EnergyCoop customers can earn a £25 energy credit for every friend or family member who switches to EnergyCoop and provides your energy account number during the switch.

b. Referrals must result in the referred person successfully signing up for a EnergyCoop tariff to qualify.

4. Reward Details

a. Rewards are processed after the 14-day cooling-off period and will be issued within 60 days.

b. Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5. Additional Rules

a. Rewards and offers are only valid for eligible transactions that meet the specific criteria outlined.

b. Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

c. EnergyCoop reserves the right to verify all transactions and deny rewards in cases of fraud or non-compliance.

d. Only website-initiated switches are eligible for this promotion.

6. Right to Modify or Cancel
